New Construction

One of the hallmarks of Covenant LLC is that we build the entirety of our custom homes with our own carpenters.  We maintain a large and competent crew so that from framing to finish, we can take responsibility for the quality and integrity of our buildings.  We also own and maintain our own off-road forklifts and manlifts to maximize the speed and efficiency of our home-building projects.

Remodels & Additions

Whether you are re-arranging a small space of your home to suit a new purpose, or digging a foundation for a large addition, we have the resources to guide you through the steps of design, planning, permitting and completing the construction process.

Kitchens & Baths

The efficiency of having Plumbers, Electricians and Carpenters on staff, makes us the ideal company to remodel kitchens and bathrooms.  In a typical year we will complete numerous kitchen and bath projects of all shapes and sizes.  Our goal is to coordinate efforts so that we can minimize the amount of time that our clients are waiting for what is often the most important room in the house!

Cabinetry & Millwork

Pete Koeplin has been part of our finish carpentry team for over a decade.  Pete currently oversees our cabinetry and millwork division, providing thoughtful and creative design ideas for our clients as they add custom built-in cabinetry to their homes.

Project Management & General Contracting

Successful building projects are the result of healthy relationships between a homeowner, our regular in-house building team, designers/architects and the subcontractors we employ to provide related building trades such as painting, excavating, concrete and masonry etc.  It is our goal to manage that process to achieve efficiency, speed of process, fairness to the client, and appropriate cost to value.

Property Management

Over the years, Covenant has built lasting and trusting relationships with our clients.  Many of these long-time clients have trusted us to provide regular maintenance and routine repairs, as well as improvements to their North Shore homes.
