This classically designed, shingle style house looks new and essentially is on the exterior. In actuality this is a heavily remodeled 1970’s era garrison style home. Due to its stunning location on a tidal estuary in Ipswich, the owners wanted to remodel the house to fit the beautiful location. The end result was dramatic transformation in which we completely removed the old exterior. We also added a new four season sunroom with a beautiful back-to-back fireplace and porch expansion. Internally, the finished project included a new third floor guest suite and office.
